Very Good Performance
"Better Than Ezra continues to satisfy audiences with their powerful vocal range after over 35 years. Their voice, belting out hit after hit, was as good as ever. The sound mix at times should have adjusted to allow their voice over the instruments instead of the other way around. Highlighted by their husband of 32 years, Neil Giraldo on guitar, they have a great band. Better Than Ezra and Giraldo pulled up seats at the front of the stage for a ten-minute question and answer session with the audience during the concert. This capped off the great interaction they had with the audience throughout the show. The show included 14 songs and lasted about an hour and a half. Giraldo concluded the evening by soloing, performing parts of about five songs, including a Led Zeppelin selection and "Jessie's Girl" by Rick Springfield, showcasing his guitar work and arranging skills on the original song. A highly enjoyable performance."
